Tiny Home Construction

Construction Specifications

Understanding the construction specifications of a mobile tiny home is important for anyone considering purchasing one. These specifications explain how the home is built, the materials used, and the structural systems that ensure safety, durability, and long-term performance.

Our tiny homes are built in an enclosed facility using trained craftsmen and premium quality building materials—delivering on the promise of quality, efficiency, and affordability. Every home is inspected to meet all required ANSI A119.5 construction standards.

Trailer Foundation & Structural Frame

Mobile tiny homes are built on a heavy-duty steel trailer foundation engineered to support the structure during transportation and long-term use. The trailer frame acts as the structural base of the entire home and must support the full weight of the structure, interior components, and furnishings.
